Beautifully situated between Pier Park and Highway 30A, and surrounded by restaurants & activities, Latitude 29 is the “Best Backyard on the Beach!”
We offer a small 36 unit condominium complex on the quiet western end of Panama City Beach that is family oriented. The pool area is surrounded by manicured grass with plenty of tables and chairs for your relaxation. We have a seawall area overlooking the beach that you will want to spend hours on just sitting, reading and watching the dolphins and maybe have a cocktail while watching the sun go down.
Step out of your condo and you are in the “Backyard” pool area and just 5 steps down to the beach. You can BBQ on real charcoal grills with your family and friends. You’ll meet people who have been coming here for over 30 years. You’ll find nothing like it anywhere else in Panama City Beach.
"I grew up staying here in the 80's and early 90's with my grandparents and parents. Every single childhood beach memory I have revolves around this place. Now, as an adult... I vacation here every summer with MY kids who love it just as much. It is absolutely the perfect place for a family vacation and just unwind. If you are a busy and on the go person... this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for a place where you can leave your door open while your kids play in the grass, sand, waves, pool with all the friends they've made while there... then this is 100% the place for you! My family will never stay anywhere else. The staff is amazing and always helpful and become family once you've become a 'regular'."
